Tej N. Kaul MD FAAP - Dr. Kaul is a graduate of the Government Medical College in Srinagar, India. After residency training and a fellowship in infectious disease at Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo, he joined Niagara Pediatrics (now Summit Pediatrics) in 1986. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kaul has been serving as Chief of Pediatrics at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY since 1999. Before that time, he had been Chief of Pediatrics at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and president of the medical staff at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.

Jerome J. Ulatowski MD - Pediatric Doctor

Jerome J. Ulatowski MD - Dr. Ulatowski has been a practicing pediatrician in the Niagara Falls, Lewiston, NY area since 1984. Upon graduating from medical school in 1981, he did his joint pediatric residency at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. After a successful private practice as a pediatrician in Lewiston, NY, Dr. Ulatowski was one of the major forces in creating Summit Pediatrics in 1989with the opening of our Wheatfield office. Dr. Ulatowski is currently President of the Niagara County Board of Health and is involved in many community organizations in Western New York.

Robert J. Gadawski MD, FAAP - Pediatric Doctor

Robert J. Gadawski MD, FAAP - Dr. Gadawski has stayed local, being a graduate of both Niagara Catholic High School and Niagara University. He graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse cum laude. He completed his pediatric residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. A board-certified pediatrician and fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Gadawski has been the Chief of Pediatrics at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center since 1999. Cited as one of the top pediatric doctors in Western New York for many years, Dr. Gadawski also serves as President of the Medical Society of Niagara and was recently named President of the Medical Staff at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.

Robert Kuchuk, MD - Dr. Kuchuk is a graduate of the Central Asian Medical Pediatric Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In 2002, he joined Pediatric Emergency Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Later, he completed his residency in pediatrics at Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Kuchuk practiced pediatrics in Hamburg, Kenmore and Buffalo, NY before joining Summit Pediatrics in June 2016.

Patricia Iacovitti, PNP, IBCLC - A graduate of Niagara University’s Nursing Program, Patty earned her degree as a pediatric nurse practitioner as well as her master’s degree in nursing from the University at Buffalo. Patty is a board-certified Lactation Consultant serving all three Summit Pediatric locations, as well as Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY. A care coordinator for the practice, Patty oversees and administers comprehensive asthma testing and management for our office.

Kathryn Stawicki, FNP, completed her Master of Science degree in 2018 from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC. Her undergraduate coursework in Nursing was also completed at D’Youville College, where she received her BSN. Prior to joining Summit Pediatrics, she had worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital and on the Cardiac/Stroke unit at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
